Admission policy

Who can apply

• Class 9 (CBSE), Magadi Road: students who have completed Class 8 from a recognised board.
• 1st PUC with NEET, Magadi Road: students who have completed Class 10 from a recognised board and are at least sixteen years old by the start of the academic year.
• 2nd PUC with NEET, Magadi Road: students who have completed 1st PUC with the Karnataka PU Board.
• Long-Term NEET, Kodathi: students who have completed 2nd PUC or Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and are preparing to sit NEET again.

No student joins a NEET programme before completing Class 10.

How admission works

1. Tell us about your child. A short enquiry, and a call back from an admissions counsellor.
2. Visit us on a Sunday. With your child. You see the classrooms, the hostel and the kitchen, and meet the wardens and the counsellor.
3. Meet us. A conversation with your child about their study habits, their health and what they want. There is no screening test, and students are not sorted by marks.
4. Receive a written offer. With the complete fee sheet, the refund policy and the campus rules.
5. Confirm the seat. Registration and the first instalment, against a receipt. Your child’s warden calls you before joining day.

Documents

Your child’s most recent marks card, transfer certificate, two passport photographs, a copy of a parent’s identity document, and the health form we send you. At joining, a parent and the student sign the anti-ragging undertaking and the consents described in our policies.

What we ask of every family

• Full and honest information about your child’s health, learning needs and history.
• Respect for the campus rules, which are the same for every student.
• Fees paid on the dates in the fee sheet, or a conversation with us before the date.

Fairness

Admission does not depend on caste, religion, language, region, gender or a family’s standing. No one at the campus accepts money outside the fee sheet, and no seat is offered for a payment outside it. Any such request is to be reported to the Director directly.

Campus allocation

Long-Term NEET runs at Kodathi. Classes 9 to 2nd PUC run at the Magadi Road campus from June 2027. If a programme moves between campuses, families are told in writing well before the year begins, and the refund policy applies in full.
