| 2007 | Dr Varun Murthy qualifies as a doctor at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore, and begins practising medicine. |
| 2011 to 2015 | Turns to education, founding learning programmes for school students in Bengaluru. |
| 2014 to 2019 | Head of Academics at Byju’s, leading academic work across more than sixty institutions. |
| 2020 to 2021 | Senior NEET Professor at Unacademy. |
| 2021 | Founds the Rebuild India Foundation and becomes Director of Noble International School, Bagalur — 160 children educated free of cost. |
| 2024 to 2026 | Leads the Government of Meghalaya’s STAR 30 residential NEET and JEE programme for students from all twelve districts of the state. The programme is now complete. |
| 2025 | Dr Varun’s NEET Residential Campus opens at Kodathi, off Sarjapur Road. |
| 2026 | A hundred and eleven families join the campus. Rebuild India Medical Academy is founded, and work begins on the ten-acre Magadi Road campus. |
| 2027 | The Magadi Road campus opens for Classes 9 and 10 and 1st and 2nd PUC. Our first students sit NEET. |
