Home / Our people

The campus team

Every part of your child’s day has a named person behind it — the people who set the timetable, teach the classes, take the headcount, cook the food and keep the gate.

Who runs the campus every day

The people your child will see every morning.

Profiles and photographs are being added as our photographer completes the team.

Leadership

The people responsible for the whole campus.

Bharath G C

Bharath G C

Executive Director, Rebuild India

Rebuild India Medical Academy · Strategy, growth & partnerships · Speaker & mentor

BE, Medical Electronics (Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology, VTU)Leadership Principles, Harvard Business School OnlineFourteen years in training and leadership

Bharath leads strategy, growth and partnerships for Rebuild India, and is the person who makes sure the campus keeps its promises to families. Over fourteen years he has spoken to more than seven lakh people — schoolchildren, college students and company leaders — across ten Indian cities and Dubai, and has led teams at technology and training companies in Bengaluru and the UAE. He founded Letters of Compassion, which has citizens write handwritten letters of gratitude to soldiers at the border, is a trustee of the 36 Meals Trust, and led a campaign in which ten thousand students made a lakh paper bags in a single day. He has hosted a programme on DD Chandana and has been featured on Big FM, Radio City and in the Deccan Herald. For our students he is a mentor on leadership, careers and confidence — the skills a future doctor needs beyond the syllabus.

Dr Ganesh P B

Dr Ganesh P B

Campus Director

Kodathi campus · Academic leadership · Yoga & wellness

Nearly three decades in teachingOver twenty years leading colleges

Dr Ganesh has spent close to thirty years in classrooms and more than twenty of them running institutions. He has been Principal of SVPU College, Soundarya PU College and Jindal PU College, and Academic Director of the Dhanwantari group of institutions. He began as a lecturer in English at Seshadripuram in 1998, and has since taught and guided around fifteen thousand students. He is a trained yoga and wellness expert — the reason every day on our campus starts calmly — and has received a Best Teacher Award and a state award from SAMSA for his work in education. As Campus Director he owns the calendar, the timetable, the quality of every class and the wellbeing of every student.

Nagashree Naik

Nagashree Naik

Physics Faculty

Kodathi campus · NEET Physics · Competitive exam coaching

MSc Physics (SDM College, Ujire)BEd, Science and MathematicsKAR-TET and CTET qualified

Nagashree makes Physics feel less like a wall and more like a door. She has taught Physics to pre-university students for three years at Karkala Jnanasudha PU College, preparing them for NEET, JEE and KCET, and is known for building each student’s study plan around where they actually stand rather than where the timetable says they should be. She holds a master’s degree in Physics from SDM College, Ujire, and a Bachelor of Education in Science and Mathematics from Kamala Baliga College, Kumta, and has cleared both the Karnataka and Central Teacher Eligibility Tests. Her master’s project modelled the Sun–Earth system as an analogue of the hydrogen atom — the kind of connection she loves to show students, where one idea in Physics quietly explains another.

Dr Smitha H M

Dr Smitha H M

Biology Faculty

Kodathi campus · NEET Biology · Research scientist

PhD, Biological Sciences (CSIR–CFTRI, Mysuru)MSc Applied Zoology, rank holderCSIR-UGC and KSET qualified

Dr Smitha teaches Biology the way a scientist understands it — as one connected subject, not a set of chapters to memorise. She earned her PhD at CSIR’s Central Food Technological Research Institute in Mysuru, working on diabetes and molecular nutrition, and has published her research in international peer-reviewed journals including The Journal of Biochemistry. A rank holder in her MSc in Applied Zoology, with a first degree in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, she qualified the national CSIR-UGC and Karnataka KSET lectureship examinations in the same year. She also holds an internationally certified diploma in clinical nutrition. For a student aiming at medicine, she is a teacher who has actually done the science behind the textbook.

Sanskrit Faculty

Kodathi campus · Sanskrit · Languages

MA Sanskrit, Central Sanskrit University, DelhiBA Sanskrit, Central Sanskrit University, DelhiBEd (SCSVMV, 2025)

Gopika teaches Sanskrit as a living language rather than a subject to be endured. She studied Sanskrit for six years at the Central Sanskrit University, Delhi — a bachelor’s degree followed by a master’s — and completed her Bachelor of Education at SCSVMV, Kanchipuram, in 2025. She taught Sanskrit at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Bengaluru, for a full academic year, and trained at Kunnamangalam Higher Secondary School in Kerala. She speaks Sanskrit, English and Malayalam, and brings to the classroom the calm and precision that the language itself asks for.

Campus and hostel care

The people who run the campus and look after the hostel.

They live on campus, take every headcount, run the kitchen, transport and maintenance, and know every child by name.

Kavya H U

Kavya H U

Resident Warden

Kodathi campus · Hostel life · Student care

MA, CommunicationFour years as a residential warden

Kavya lives on campus and knows every student by name. She has spent four years as a warden in residential institutions — two at GMIT, Davangere, a year at Sir M V PU College, Davangere, and a year at Allen Career Institute on Sarjapur Road — so she understands exactly what a sixteen-year-old away from home for the first time needs, and what a parent worries about at ten at night. She holds a master’s degree in Communication and is originally from Ranebennur. She takes the headcounts, keeps the evenings calm, and is the first person your child goes to when something is not right.

Bhanupratap

Bhanupratap

Resident Warden

Kodathi campus · Hostel life · Teacher by training

MA, EconomicsMA, KannadaBachelor of EducationSix years teaching in schools

Bhanupratap is a teacher first and a warden second, and that is exactly why he is good at both. He has taught Kannada and Social Science for six years at Ebenezer International School, Vasavi English Medium School, Jnana Jyothi Residential School and Asia Pacific World School, and holds master’s degrees in both Economics and Kannada along with a Bachelor of Education. He lives on campus and brings a teacher’s eye to hostel life — he notices when a student is struggling long before it shows in a test.
