Who we are
This website and our campuses are run by Rebuild India Medical Academy Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, for Dr Varun’s NEET Residential Campus. We handle personal information in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect on this website
When you write to us through the enquiry form we ask for your name, your mobile number, your child’s current class and the language you prefer. If you book a visit, we ask for the date you would like to come. We do not collect a child’s date of birth, Aadhaar number, photograph or any identity document online.
The website also records the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and an approximate location from your internet address, so that the site works well and we know what parents find useful.
What we collect when your child joins
Identity and education documents, a health history, emergency contacts, and the consents a parent signs at joining. These are collected in person, with your written consent, and kept in India.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, arrange your visit and talk to you about admissions.
- To teach, look after and keep your child safe once they join, and to keep you informed.
- To send you the fee sheet, the calendar, reports and campus news.
- To meet our duties as a school and a hostel.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who run our campus and the services that help us do so — our records system, our learning platform and our partner hospital — each of which is bound to protect it.
WhatsApp and phone calls
Conversations on WhatsApp and by phone are kept so that the next person you speak to knows what has been said. We message you only about matters you have raised with us. Tell us once if you would prefer not to be messaged, and we will stop.
Children
Every student who applies to us is a child in law. We speak to parents, we take a parent’s consent before holding any information about a child, and we never advertise to children or track their behaviour online. Our children’s information page sets this out in full.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies to remember your language choice and to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. The learning platform at learn.drvarunexamexcellence.com is run for us by TagMango and carries its own privacy notice.
How long we keep it
If your child does not join us, we delete your enquiry two years after you last spoke to us. If your child joins, we keep the student record for as long as the law asks a school to keep it, and health records only for as long as they are needed for your child’s care.
Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold about you or your child, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to our Grievance Officer at admissions@drvarunexamexcellence.com. We acknowledge within two working days and answer in full within thirty days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Paper records are kept locked on campus. Digital records are kept in password-protected systems, with access limited to the people who need it. This website stores nothing about you; your enquiry goes straight to our admissions team.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and current families are told directly.
