We speak to parents
Every form on this website is addressed to a parent or guardian. We ask for your name and number, and only your child’s first name and current class. We do not collect a child’s date of birth, Aadhaar number, photograph or any other identity document online.
What we collect later, and how
When your child joins us, we collect what a residential campus needs: identity and education documents, a health history, and emergency contacts. We collect these in person, with your written consent, and keep them securely on campus and in our records system in India.
Photographs and testimonials
We photograph and film campus life. We use a child’s image or words publicly only with a parent’s written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
No advertising to children
We never show advertising to students or track their behaviour online. The learning platform our students use is free of advertising.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete the information we hold about your child at any time, by writing to our Grievance Officer at admissions@drvarunexamexcellence.com.
