Fees
What does the fee cover?
One annual fee covers everything a residential year needs: tuition, the NEET programme, hostel, all meals, yoga and sports, every test and its analysis, study material and routine medical care. We share the fee sheet in writing at your visit, together with our refund policy, so there are no surprises later.
Can fees be paid in instalments?
Yes. Fees can be paid annually or in interest-free instalments. The options are set out in the fee sheet you receive with your offer.
Is there any fee support?
For our Long-Term NEET programme, we offer fee support linked to a student’s NEET score. The terms are simple and we explain them in writing at your visit.
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy comes to you in writing with the offer letter, before you pay anything. The registration fee confirms a seat; the balance follows the published schedule. Please read it carefully and ask us anything that is unclear.
Safety and health
Who looks after my child at night?
Resident wardens live in the boys’ and girls’ hostel blocks. There are headcounts at every move, night rounds, CCTV in the shared areas (never in rooms), and a counsellor on campus. The helpline number Tele-MANAS 14416 is displayed where every student can see it.
What happens if my child falls ill?
The sick-bay treats everyday illness under a protocol written by Dr Varun. Anything more serious goes straight to our partner hospital, and you receive a call immediately — not a message after the fact.
Is there a counsellor?
Yes, on campus. Teachers and wardens notice a difficult patch early and bring it to the counsellor quietly, with the student’s knowledge. Conversations stay confidential. Parents can also ask to speak with the counsellor.
Are there cameras?
In shared areas — corridors, gates, grounds and classrooms — yes. Never inside hostel rooms or bathrooms.
Daily life
What about the food?
Freshly cooked vegetarian meals four times a day, planned for a long study day, and inspected every morning before they are served. Teachers eat with the students, so breakfast and lunch double as doubt-clearing time.
Can my child keep a mobile phone?
No. Our campus is gadget-free, and students thrive because of it. You can reach the warden’s desk directly at any time, and scheduled calls home are part of every week.
How often will I see my child?
Every Sunday, on campus, from ten in the morning to four in the afternoon. Deepavali is the year’s home holiday. You receive the full calendar before the year begins.
Is there time for sport and rest?
Every day. Yoga in the morning, an hour of games every afternoon, and a full night’s sleep protected by the timetable. We consider these part of the preparation, not a break from it.
What about laundry, hot water and rooms?
Rooms are clean and simple, with a study desk for every student. Hot water is available, and laundry is taken care of.
Academics
How is your teaching different?
We prepare for the Board exam and NEET as two different tests. Students learn in layers, make their own notes, revise every evening, sit full-length tests, and analyse every one with the teacher the next morning. Read more on our How We Teach page.
How many tests will my child sit?
Long-Term students sit sixty-eight full-length mock NEETs in the year. PUC students sit Board-pattern tests through 1st PUC and full-length mock NEETs through 2nd PUC. Every test is the full syllabus, the full paper and the full three hours.
Do you promise a rank or a score?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. We promise the system and the care, and we publish our results with every student counted.
Will I know how my child is doing?
After every test you receive the score and what the analysis found. You also receive a short update from the campus every week.
Admissions
Is there an entrance test?
No. We meet every child in a short, friendly interaction and we look for willingness, not marks. Any committed student can become a doctor.
When do admissions open?
Class 9 and 1st PUC admissions for 2027-28 are open now; offers for 1st PUC follow the SSLC result in April. 2nd PUC admissions run in May and June. Long-Term NEET enquiries are open now, with offers from NEET result day in June or July.
