Photographs, videos and your consent

What we photograph

Classes, yoga, sport, festivals, Sunday visits and results day. Our media team also records lessons and talks for our learning platform and our YouTube channel.

Your consent

At joining, you choose — separately — whether your child may appear in photographs and videos used inside the campus, on our website and social channels, and in our advertising. You may say yes to some and no to others. Nothing on the form is pre-ticked, and saying no changes nothing about how your child is treated.

Names and results

A child’s full name is never published together with their photograph or their marks without your separate written permission for that specific use. Testimonials are the student’s own words, approved by a parent before use.

Withdrawing consent

Write to us at any time. We stop using your child’s image from that day and remove it from the website, our social channels and future print.

How images are kept

Photographs and videos are stored in the Academy’s systems, not on personal phones, and are deleted when no longer needed. Staff do not photograph students on personal devices.

Other people’s children

On a Sunday visit, please photograph your own family. Other families’ children do not appear in what you post online without their parents’ permission.
